I led a 2-hour interactive workshop for a L'Oreal BEST (Business Expertise Services & Technologies) HR Team, centered on the energetic link between Mercury (your inner messenger) and the Midheaven (your soul’s calling). The session brought together teams that typically work in silos, fostering cross-functional understanding and stronger connections through guided dialogue.

Alo Yoga

After leading an experiential workshop on eclipses, we gathered on floor pillows in an intimate circle, co-creating space for reflection alongside an Alo Yoga instructor and sound healer to ground the experience.

As a guest speaker at a retreat hosted at Cocoon Portugal, nestled in the tranquil farm landscape of Milfontes,
